Roof Repair in the Treasure Valley

Not every roof problem is a new roof. We fix a lot of roofs that have years left in them, and we'll tell you when that's the situation you're in.

What we repair

Active leaks and ceiling stains. Missing, cracked or lifted shingles. Failed flashing at walls, chimneys and skylights. Cracked or dried-out pipe boots, which are the single most common leak source we find. Ice dam damage at the eaves. Damaged or missing ridge cap. Valley failures. Attic ventilation problems causing condensation that looks exactly like a leak.

How fast

Most repairs are a same-day or next-day job once we've been out to look. Active leaks move to the front of the schedule — water in a house gets more expensive by the hour.

The honest part

Some roofs are past repair, and patching them is throwing money at a problem that comes back next season. If that's yours, we'll show you the photos and explain why. But plenty of roofs get condemned by contractors who'd rather sell a replacement, and if yours has life left in it we'll fix what's broken and leave the rest alone.
